What is an E-tailer Store?

An E-tailer Store is your community’s gateway to a trusted shopping experience.  

The E-tailer Store operates within a closed environment and therefore is not searchable, meaning your customers can only find Your E-tailer Store by good old-fashioned Word of Mouth (or in online terms, by sharing your store link).  

BuyersCircle E-tailer stores operate in a closed environment to ensure: 

  • Consumers gain access to exclusive deals 
  • There are no advertisements
  • A trusted environment 
  • Content is curated to suit your community 
What should every E-tailer consider when setting up their store?

When setting up your store, it is important to think about your store brand and value proposition i.e. who you are, what you offer and who are your current and prospective customers. 

 

Deciding your store proposition early will help guide your decisions on product selection, content creation to support your store brand and engage your target audience. 

 

Your store introduction is the opportunity to highlight who you are and what your store offers. We encourage you to make it personable, whilst speaking in a tone best suited to your target audience. 

 

Once you’ve chosen your store brand and positioning, choosing your target customer and understanding their specific needs will help you to formulate your store offering.  

What size images are on your store?

You can personalise your store by adding a banner photo and profile picture.  

  • Banner Photo: 750 x 375 pixels 
  • Profile picture: 750 x 750 pixels 

As part of the onboarding process, you will need to send your E-tailer Success Manager these following images. 

How do you select which products to put on your store?

When your E-tailer Store is created, the store is pre-populated with exclusive products sourced by our product team. There is a broad variety of product categories designed to cater to all E-tailers.  

When you first sign up to BuyersCircle as an E-tailer, you will be asked by your E-tailer Success Manager which products you wish to add based on what best suits your E-tailer Store. You can opt to remove any of these products at any time by contacting your E-tailer Success Manager. 

Your E-tailer Success Manager will regularly inform you via the E-tailer Facebook group and promotion emails which products will be automatically added to your store. If you wish not to be part of these promotions, please inform your E-tailer Success Manager. 

We welcome new product ideas, so if you have any suggestions, requests or even supplier contacts, feel free to send them to your E-tailer Success Manager.  

Order and Payment

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

All customers that place a successful order will receive an SMS or email (communication channel depends on whether SMS or email was used to sign-up) confirming their order. The e-Tailer who’s store the purchase was made will also receive an SMS or email notification. 

What payment options do you provide?

BuyersCircle offers a variety of payment options, including: 

  • Credit Card powered by Stripe 
  • PoLi for online debt payment 
  • WeChat Pay (Only for WeChat mini program) 
Can I change or cancel my order?

BuyersCircle aims to quickly turn around orders so is difficult for us to change or cancel orders that are already processed. You can contact info@buyerscircle.com.au to attempt to cancel the order, alternatively you can return the order after delivery, according to the BuyersCircle Returns and Refunds policy. 

How do I know my card details will be kept safe?

BuyersCircle online payment methods online are very safe. Credit card payments on BuyersCircle are powered by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Returns and Refunds  

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please contact BuyersCircle via the e-Tailer within 14 days of taking the delivery and include the following information: 

  • Your Name 
  • Contact Number 
  • Proof of order 
  • Reason for return 
  • If damaged, proof of damage 
  • Account details for Refund (bank account name and account number) 
How will I be refunded?

After your Refund request is accepted by the BuyersCircle team,  Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be posted to your account. Refunds will be posted to the same account you made the original purchase with. 

    What is BuyersCircle’s return policy?

    Some products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. 

     

    1. Subject all conditions listed in this policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can contact us via the E-tailer within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then subject to review receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email). 

      

    1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. 

      

    1. You must notify us via the E-tailer within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy. 

      

    1. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product. 

      

    1. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product. 

      

    1. You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that BuyersCircle or the E-tailer provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit. 

      

    1. After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. 

      

    1. We reserve the right to make changes to our policy from time to time without notice. 

      

    1. Our goods come with guarantees or warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

    Delivery and Shipping

    When will my order be delivered?

    Orders are delivered on average between 5-7 business days.  

      How do I know if my order has been delivered?

      Once your order is successfully delivered, you will receive an SMS or email (communication channel depends on whether SMS or email was used to sign-up) confirming the order. 

        Can I change my delivery address?

        BuyersCircle aims to quickly turn around orders so is difficult for us to change orders that are already processed. You can contact info@buyerscircle.com.au to attempt to change the delivery address. 

          How do I track my delivery?

          BuyersCircle does not currently support real-time delivery tracking. You will receive an SMS or email (the communication channel depends on how you signed up to become a customer) three times updating the delivery, specifically: 

          • Order successful 
          • Day of delivery 
          • 30 minutes before delivery 
          • Delivery successful 

            Your Customer Account

            How do I create an account?

            To create an account, click sign in at the bottom of the e-Tailers Store which will prompt you to sign-up. You will need to use either your mobile phone or email address to sign up to BuyersCircle. 

              How do I update details on my account?

              Go to the settings section of your BuyersCircle account to update your details, including name, phone number, email and address. 

                Will your information be shared with third parties?

                No, your information will not be shared with third parties. 

                  Where is my personal information stored?

                  Your personal information is stored on secure servers in Australia. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

                      Rewards

                      What percentage is the E-tailer commission?

                      For each sale made, E-tailers can expect 10% in commission. Not only are your customers getting competitive prices, you also benefit from margin on each sale. 

                        How do I see my commission?

                        The purpose of the E-tailer store backend is to view orders and commissions. With the completion of the BuyersCircle APP, you will be able to manage and process orders and returns online.  

                        In the interim whilst we wait for the APP to be launched, if you or your customers have any questions or issues related to orders or returns, please get in touch with your E-tailer Success Manager for assistance.  

                        You can access your E-tailer store backend by following this link and inputting your account login and password sent to you via email by your E-tailer Success Manager when you first signed up.  

                          How do I refer my network to become E-tailers?

                          BuyersCircle are actively recruiting for our E-tailer network, and we know the best E-tailers come from referrals! To thank and encourage you to refer your network to become E-tailers, we will reward you with a cash payment of $150. Refer new E-tailers to your E-tailer Success Manager today. 

                            What are the other incentives for becoming an E-tailer?

                            Up until August 31st 2021, E-tailers that hit the below sales thresholds are eligible for additional financial incentives, specifically:  

                            $1,000 in sales on Your E-tailer Store, get $50 toward your next purchase on any BuyersCircle E-tailer store 
                            $2,000 in sales on Your E-tailer Store, get $100 toward your next purchase on any BuyersCircle E-tailer store $5,000 in sales on Your E-tailer Store, get $200 toward your next purchase on any BuyersCircle E-tailer store $10,000+ in sales on Your E-tailer Store, get $500 toward your next purchase on any BuyersCircle E-tailer store
