What is an e-Tailer Store?
An e-Tailer Store is your community’s gateway to a trusted shopping experience.
The e-Tailer Store operates within a closed environment and therefore is not searchable, meaning your customers can only find Your e-Tailer Store by good old-fashioned Word of Mouth (or in online terms, by sharing your store link).
BuyersCircle e-Tailer stores operate in a closed environment to ensure:

What should every e-Tailer consider when setting up their store?
When setting up your store, it is important to think about your store brand and value proposition i.e. who you are, what you offer and who are your current and prospective customers.
Deciding your store proposition early will help guide your decisions on product selection, content creation to support your store brand and engage your target audience.
Your store introduction is the opportunity to highlight who you are and what your store offers. We encourage you to make it personable, whilst speaking in a tone best suited to your target audience.
Once you’ve chosen your store brand and positioning, choosing your target customer and understanding their specific needs will help you to formulate your store offering.
Can you add your own store banner?
You can personalise your store by adding a banner photo and logo in your BuyersCircle app.
- Go to your profile on the app
- Go to Store Setting
- Add your store logo
- Go to Store Configuration to choose your store theme template
- Change your banner by editing the store theme
How do you select which products to put on your store?
When your e-Tailer Store is created, you can put products into your store by using the “Store” icon and “ADD TO STORE” button. There is a broad variety of product categories designed to cater to all e-Tailers.
When you first sign up to BuyersCircle as an e-Tailer, you will be asked to select categories that you are interested in. You can get product recommendations in the FOR YOU section and go to DISCOVER to browse through each product category.
Your dedicated Account Manager will assist you in setting up your store and help you to grow your store sales. You can get in touch with your account manager by filling in the form HERE
You will also receive emails from us to notify which products will be great to add to your store.
We welcome new product ideas, so if you have any suggestions, requests or even supplier contacts, feel free to send them to your account manager.

How to increase sales?
BuyersCircle is designed to make sharing easy on social media. Sharing links on Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok or any social medias platforms is one of the fastest and easiest ways to inform your community about your store and promotional deals – and for these offers to go viral.
As with any social media post or story, the content needs to be:
Share via a post, story or message with hashtag and a partnership tag with BuyersCircle. Posts are shown permanently, messages are displayed permanently in a closed messaging environment and stories are 15 – 30 seconds long shown for 24 hours. We encourage you to use all forms to promote your store and products.
When is the best time to post on socials?
Facebook and Instagram algorithms means the top-engaged post is displayed first in user feeds, therefore choosing when to post is vital to increase levels of engagement.

Put your Store link as your Link in the Bio, then promote your new store launch via Instagram stories.
How can I sell alcoholic products to my community?
So, you’re looking to add wine, beer or spirits to your BuyersCircle store?

You must read through the guide we prepared for you and agree to the Terms & Conditions at the end.
Once complete, you can begin adding products from our alcohol category to your store and start sharing with your audience right away. Contact your account manager if you can’t find this on your app.
Order and Payment
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
All customers that place a successful order will receive an SMS or email (communication channel depends on whether SMS or email was used to sign-up) confirming their order.
What payment options do you provide?
BuyersCircle offers a variety of payment options, including:
- Credit Card powered by Stripe
- PoLi for online debt payment
- WeChat Pay (Only for WeChat mini program)
Can I change or cancel my order?
BuyersCircle aims to quickly turn around orders so is difficult for us to change or cancel orders that are already processed. You can contact your e-Tailer or email us at email@example.com to attempt to cancel the order.
How do I know my card details will be kept safe?
BuyersCircle online payment methods online are very safe. Credit card payments on BuyersCircle are powered by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact your e-Tailer and e-Tailer can contact your account manager or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the delivery and include the following information:
- Your Name
- Contact Number
- Proof of order
- Reason for return
- If damaged, proof of damage
- Account details for Refund (bank account name and account number)
How will I be refunded?
After your Refund request is accepted by the BuyersCircle team, Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be posted to your account. Refunds will be posted to the same account you made the original purchase with.
What is BuyersCircle’s return policy?
Some products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
- Subject all conditions listed in this policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can contact us via the E-tailer within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then subject to review receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product (excluding the initial delivery charges as set out in your order confirmation email).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
- You must notify us via the E-tailer within 14 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.
- If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
- The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.
- You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that BuyersCircle or the E-tailer provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
- After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
- We reserve the right to make changes to our policy from time to time without notice.
- Our goods come with guarantees or warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Delivery and Shipping
When will my order be delivered?
We process all orders in 3 business days.
Delivery for local products will take 5-7 business days, international product will take 15-30 business days.
How do I know if my order has been delivered?
Once your order is successfully delivered, you will receive an email confirming the order status.
Can I change my delivery address?
BuyersCircle aims to quickly turn around orders so is difficult for us to change orders that are already processed. You can contact email@example.com to attempt to change the delivery address.
How do I track my delivery?
BuyersCircle does not currently support real-time delivery tracking. You will receive an email three times updating the delivery, specifically:
- Order successful
- Order has left the warehouse
- Delivery successful
Your Customer Account
How do I create an account?
To create an account, click sign in at the bottom of the e-Tailers Store which will prompt you to sign-up. You will need to use your email address to sign up.
How do I update details on my account?
Go to the settings section of your BuyersCircle account to update your details, including name, phone number, email and address.
Will your information be shared with third parties?
Where is my personal information stored?
Your personal information is stored on secure servers in Australia.
What percentage is the e-Tailer commission?
The app has commission rate on every product, e-Tailers can see the rate for each of the product. Not only are your customers getting competitive prices, you also benefit from margin on each sale.
How do I see my commission?
The purpose of the e-tailer app is to act as your store backend is to view orders and commissions. With the BuyersCircle APP, you will be able to view and withdrawn commissions to your bank account.
