Competition T&Cs

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the competition (“Competition”) organised by BuyersCircle and Golden Wok (“Organiser”). 1.2. By participating in the Competition, each participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above and must be residents of Melbourne, Australia. 2.2. Employees of the Organiser, their families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

3.1. The Competition starts on 2nd August 2024 and ends on 5th August (“Entry Period”). 3.2. To enter the Competition, Participants must fill in their name, email, and phone number and submit it via our Linktree form. 3.3. Only one entry per Participant is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prizes for the Competition are as follows:

• First Prize – 10 Bags of Golden Wok 1kg Dim Sim delivered to any address in Melbourne.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The Winners will be selected randomly after the promotion entries have closed. All entrants will be assigned a number and this number will be submitted into a randomiser application and the winning number will be chosen. 5.2. The winner will be notified by 7th August 2024 via email and or phone. 5.3. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

6.1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy. 6.2. By entering the Competition, Participants consent to the use of their name, phone number, email, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. General

7.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. 7.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect the ability to participate in the Competition. 7.3. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
